Sheets are not up to clean standards. Room is very tight. Although things look new, they are not functioning well, i.e. loud noise from air conditioning and light switches are malfunctioning.[2019-05-27 18:05]
Staff do not speak English at all. Not very helpful and sometimes I thought even not able to help.
When we reached the room it was totally cold like on the street about +10. We tried to turn on the heating in the air conditioner but it did not work. When we called to reception and asked to fix it they sent someone who do not speak English to us and he did not understand what we need, reception said wait for 30 minutes and it will become warmer.. But it did not..

Finally after ~4 hours of waiting we insisted to change our room.
It was smaller, but at least with working air conditioner[2019-04-08 16:27]

位置好，其余没有任何好处可言，连七天如家都不如，房间极其简陋，墙壁起皮，洗手间马桶漏水，房间连个挂衣服的地方都没有，有线网络又坏掉两天没修好，各位旅客，走过路过，千万错过！！！！

我是头天预付预订的，为了优惠5员居然选了预付。无奈不能取消。次日11点到酒店入住，酒店居然提示我说12点要退。我的意思是明明网页上写的可以1点退。再说我可以前来入住，不能给顾客提供方便，推迟到2点吗？房间有个灯声控时亮时灭有点吓人
